The benefits of keeping pets

Do you have pets? if so, then you are a lucky person to have the opportunity to keep a pet at home. Not everyone can keep pets. For example, he is prohibited from raising animals, he has allergies to animal hair, etc.

There are various benefits that we can get from keeping pets such as petting animals such as dogs or cats which can release certain hormones that make us more relaxed. In addition, by raising animals, we become trained to take care of all the needs of these animals. Starting from the food eaten, animal hygiene, vaccines to avoid disease, and treatment if the animal is sick. Even if the person is very fond of animals, he and the animal can get along like a friend or family.

So, you are lucky if you can raise pets.

Anime Review: Koe no Katachi / A Silent Voice

Koe no Katachi tells of Shoko Nishimiya, a deaf girl who has just transferred to an elementary school. The first time she introduced himself, she had to take out a notebook so she could communicate with her friends. At first, Nishimiya was accepted by her friends but over time her friends became bored with her behavior and became annoyed and then the main conflict of this story broke out bullying.

Ishida Shoya, one of the main perpetrators of bullying Nishimiya at first thought that his actions were just funny acts because his classmates were also laughing and happy so that he unconsciously "made fun" Nishimiya without pity until an incident occurred.

Ishida Shoya was demanded to be responsible by his teacher but then he denied and avoided the charges but also blamed other classmates but his friends rebelled and made him the accused and sole suspect.

Then Ishida received bully treatment but the status of "bully" was never separated from his identity until high school. Until finally he decided to meet and apologize to Nishimiya.

One of the things that makes this anime special is its unusual theme, a narrative that tells a deaf person and people with sociophobia, and how they respond to this world are quite important for us to see. Because in addition to increasing our sympathy and empathy, we also know how to help. they face challenges in this world. And most importantly, all aspects of the packaging are above average, excellent, and impressive value.

Anime Review: Kimi no Na wa

Kimi no Na wa tells the story of a girl named Mitsuha Miyamizu and a boy named Taki Tachibana. Mitsuha is the son of the village while Taki lives in the middle of Tokyo. Sometimes they dream like they are exchanging souls, but over time the dream becomes more real. When they realized that neither of them had dreamed, they started keeping diaries to report the events they had experienced while changing places. One day, this exchange phenomenon stopped. Feelings of restlessness and love that arise in their hearts make them try to find each other's existence.

Like previous Makoto Shinkai films, Kimi no Na wa presents a very beautiful animated visualization. Each scene that is displayed makes us feel as if we are looking at a painting with an amazing view. Almost all the backgrounds shown are drawn based on real objects in Japan. All parts from the object to the background are made in great detail. Starting from buildings in urban areas, grass in the fields, even small objects on the table.

When shown in natural scenery, we can see the colouring of each element which is very natural, like a photo taken by a professional photographer. Not only that, the emotions of each character can be felt just by looking at their movements. With such amazing animation, I don't think it's surprising that many people compare Makoto Shinkai's work to the animated film from Studio Ghibli.

Book Review: Earth by Tere Liye

The book titled “Earth” by Tere Liye is a series that tells about the adventures of 3 amazing friends. Raib is a high school girl who can disappear when she closes her eyes with her palms. She knew her strength from the age of 2, and she often played hide and seek in such a way that her mother and father couldn't find her whereabouts.

Seli is Raib's best friend. In the novel, Seli also has strength. Her strength is that it can remove electrical energy from its hands. Ali in the novel he does not have any strength but is very genius compared to other children of his age. Ali and Raib always argue and rarely get along because of Ali's nosy nature.

This book does not only carry the theme of adventure, this book also offers a fairly complex story of friendship and family. About who Raib actually was. About Ali who tried to express his affection for his parents when he felt that he was on the edge of despair. This book also gives a lot of information, invites to think, as well as invites readers to imagine.

I recommend this book to those of you who like the fantasy-science fiction and adventure genres. Apart from the book 'Earth' there are also other series, Moon, Sun, Stars, Ceros and Batozar, Comet, and most recently Comet Minor.

Experience at Japanese Events

Have you ever visited a Japanese event in Indonesia? There are many organizations, schools, and even campuses in Indonesia that hold this event. Japanese events do not only exist in Indonesia, but also throughout the world. Japanese events or so-called Bunkasai are held once a year. Even though once a year, there are lots of events that are held. Sometimes each month more than one Japanese event is held.

I have visited many Japanese events in Malang and Jakarta. In Japanese events, there are a lot of sequences of events held. Starting from music band performances, cosplay competitions, drama, voice acting, and the performance of a Japanese singer sing on stage. In addition, at the Japanese event, there are also a lot of food stands and merchandise for sale. I usually come to Japanese events just to meet friends and enjoy the snacks that are there. It feels very exciting.

Anime review: Hunter x Hunter

Have you ever heard of the Hunter x Hunter anime? This time I want to review a little and discuss the comparison of the anime Hunter x Hunter 1999 with Hunter x Hunter 2011.

Previously, I will explain a little about the story in the Hunter x Hunter anime. This anime is a shounen anime that tells a 12-year-old boy named Gon who takes a hunter exam to find his father. Gon's journey to find his father leads him to meet Killua, Leorio and Kurapika, and eventually, they become good friends.

Hunter x Hunter 1999 and 2011 anime were adapted from the same manga, but there are many differences in them. First, the difference is in terms of graphics. The graphics of Hunter x Hunter 2011 are better than 1999. Second, the storyline Hunter x Hunter 2011 has a longer plot (148 episodes) than Hunter x Hunter 1999 (92 episodes). Third, there were more action scenes in 1999 than in 2000. This makes Hunter x Hunter 2011 safer for kids to watch.
