Anime Review: Koe no Katachi / A Silent Voice

Koe no Katachi tells of Shoko Nishimiya, a deaf girl who has just transferred to an elementary school. The first time she introduced himself, she had to take out a notebook so she could communicate with her friends. At first, Nishimiya was accepted by her friends but over time her friends became bored with her behavior and became annoyed and then the main conflict of this story broke out bullying.

Ishida Shoya, one of the main perpetrators of bullying Nishimiya at first thought that his actions were just funny acts because his classmates were also laughing and happy so that he unconsciously "made fun" Nishimiya without pity until an incident occurred.

Ishida Shoya was demanded to be responsible by his teacher but then he denied and avoided the charges but also blamed other classmates but his friends rebelled and made him the accused and sole suspect.

Then Ishida received bully treatment but the status of "bully" was never separated from his identity until high school. Until finally he decided to meet and apologize to Nishimiya.

One of the things that makes this anime special is its unusual theme, a narrative that tells a deaf person and people with sociophobia, and how they respond to this world are quite important for us to see. Because in addition to increasing our sympathy and empathy, we also know how to help. they face challenges in this world. And most importantly, all aspects of the packaging are above average, excellent, and impressive value.
